Each year, Brunswick Electric provides grants up to $2,000 for innovative classroom projects that would otherwise go unfunded. Last year, 24 teachers in Brunswick and Columbus counties received more than $34,000 for projects across all disciplines.

Applications are being accepted now at at bemc.org, and the deadline to apply is Sept. 15, 2023. But don’t wait, applications received by Aug. 15, 2023, will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.
