Cornbread Cake
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9-by-13-inch pan and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients in the order listed.
Pour into pan evenly and bake for 35 minutes or until tested done.
